1. Ready Stock (Available in Karachi Warehouse)
Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
Delivered via TCS / Leopards with tracking number shared on WhatsApp & email
Karachi: 1–2 days | Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad: 2–4 days | Other cities: 3–5 days | Remote areas: 5–7 days.
2. Import / Indent Orders (Not in Local Stock)
Many Siemens items are not available as ready stock and are imported on order
Delivery time: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation
Delivery time is always confirmed with you before order confirmation — at inquiry stage, we will tell you exactly how long your item will take
No payment is taken until delivery time is agreed
Imported items are packed carefully and checked before dispatch

Important:
Industrial orders often require site access — please provide complete delivery address with contact person name and mobile number
Report any transit damage within 24 hours with photos — we will handle the courier claim for you
